The professional training contract is an employment contract between an employer and an employee. It’s a contract that enables you to combine theory and practice.

You are an employee of the company and are paid a percentage of the minimum wage (between 55% and 100%) depending on your age, initial level and collective agreement minimum.

The professional training contract may be made in the form of a fixed-term contract or permanent contract.

The contract must last between 6 and 12 months and can also be extended to 24 months depending on the applicable branch and collective agreements.
