Who can access the car park?
There are three categories of access:
• SKEMA staff: access with a sticker
• Students: access with a sticker (annual or half-yearly authorisation)
• Visitors: one-off access via authorisation by email
Registration collection – Form to be completed
To enable the Security and Reception Supervisor to record registrations and issue annual stickers, it is essential to complete the form: Recensement des plaques d'immatriculation / Vehicle License Plate Registration – Fill in form
Registration numbers are collected solely for the purpose of controlling access to the car park and organising and regulating parking. Access to the data is restricted to authorised persons (Security and Reception Supervisor, campus management).
Issuing of stickers and authorisations
Staff & Students
• Once approved, a dated access sticker will be prepared.
• Collection: from the Security and Reception Supervisor: David Meissonier, [email protected]
- Students: you will be notified by email, and collection will be directly at reception
• The sticker must be visible on your vehicle's windscreen and is non-transferable. You can request several if necessary.
Visitors (temporary authorisation)
• The internal organiser must submit an access request by email to the Security and Reception Supervisor: David MEISSONNIER, [email protected], at least 24 hours before the date of arrival
• The request must include: the visitor's name, date and duration of the visit, and the vehicle's registration number
• The visitor must report to the car park entrance
Opening hours and access
• Car park opening hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
• Access is closed outside these hours
• Access may be temporarily adjusted in the event of an event, construction work, or safety instructions
Parking is allowed on level -4 and-5 only. Entrance to the parking from n°1 rue Monge, 92150, Suresnes.
