I'm an EXEC MS student and I've had a collective redundancy agreement with my company, but I'm still receiving my pay. Do I have to do an internship?

The student is still employed by his/her company.

They validate their professional experience but are advised to do a work placement to enable them to diversify their skills and discover another company.
